BRYC Elite Academy Club Fees cover the following areas:

U09 - U12 Academy Teams

  • Coaching Compensation 
  • Coaching Education
  • VYSA/USYS Registration Fees (includes insurance)
  • Background checks for coaches, team officials and volunteers
  • NCSL League Fees (includes referee and assignor fees)
  • Facilities Fees (Turf fees, storage, field maintenance and rental)
  • Fairfax County field usage fees
  • Practice Tees (2)
  • Team Equipment (balls, pinnes, cones etc)
  • BRYC Club Admin Fees (per player, per season assessment to each sport from the youth club)
  • Elite Academy Admin & Support (website, online registration fees, teamsnap, financial aid etc)

U13 - U19 Competitive Teams (Elite)

  • Coaching Compensation

  • BRYC Club Admin Fees (per player, per season assessment to each sport from the youth club)

  • Travel Reimbursement for Coaches for SPECIFIC ECNL events/matches ONLY (as denoted in the BRYC Elite Academy Travel & Reimbursement Policies)

Bridge Teams (Black, Silver & White)

  • Facilities Fees (Turf fees, storage, and field maintenance)

BRYC Elite Academy Club Fees DO NOT cover the following items (which will be included in a separate Team Fee collected by each team)

  • Tournament Entry Fees (except as noted above)
  • Travel Reimbursement for Coaches (except as noted above)
  • Uniforms and optional gear
  • Extra Practice Tees
  • Additional offseason training not covered by club fees.
  • Indoor Training Space at locations not covered by County Fees (i.e. GMU RAC, private schools etc)
