Registration will be held on Friday, November 16th at the HQ Tent at George Mason University. All teams are REQUIRED to register AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR to their very first match. Team Managers/Primary Contacts are required to bring the following to registration:
Two copies of their current, duly authorized US Youth Soccer Roster. (see NOTE below if you are bringing guest players)
USYS Permission To Travel (see * below)
Medical Release forms for ALL participants
Current USYS Member Passes for ALL participants
NOTE: Teams are allowed a maximum of 5 guest players. Tournament roster CANNOT exceed 18 players (including guests). If you are bringing guest players please write in the following information on BOTH copies of your roster:
- Player Name (First and Last)
- Player DOB (mm/dd/yy)
- Player’s USYS Member Pass ID #
* US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel forms are not required for Region I teams. The only exceptions being CJSA and NJSYS teams.
Teams will pick up their 18 complimentary MLS Championship Match tickets in addition to the adidas/MLS Youth Showcase player gifts at Registration.
